
International companies choose South Gate Industrial Park
Moscow, November 2018 – Radius Group, the leading developer and owner of warehouse and industrial real estate, has renewed lease agreements with a total area of more than 40, 000 sq.m. with three existing international tenants of South Gate Industrial Park. Kimberly Clark, Next and General Motors will remain residents of the Park until at least 2025.
Radius Group has extended contracts with three warehouse space tenants at South Gate Industrial Park which is located at the intersection of federal highways M-4 and Betonka (A-107) and TSKAD in the district of Domodedovo. Radius Group entered into a long – term lease agreement with the American FMCG Manufacturer, Kimberly Сlark, in the 3-rd quarter 2018. The company will not only maintain its presence at South Gate Industrial Park until at least 2025, but also will lease an additional 10, 000 sq.m. space for future expansion of its operations by 2020. To date, Kimberly Сlark leases 21, 000 sq.m. at South Gate Industrial Park where the company locates its national logistic center that provides storage and shipment of goods throughout the Russian Federation.

In addition to it, General Motors rents space for its national Cadillac and Chevrolet spare parts warehouse”.
