
Marschroute enters South Gate Industrial park
Radius Group leading industrial warehouse real estate developer & owner and Marschroute leading full-cycle fulfillment operator completed the letting on 17, 8000 sq m of space in Domodedovo-based A-Grade South Gate Industrial Park.
Marschroute have completed the new letting of 17, 800 sq m space in the Domodedovo-based South Gate Industrial park. The company will place their new fulfillment center that will serve their e-commerce clients. The five-year deal was struck between Marschroute and Radius Group. International real estate advisor Knight Frank was the letting agent. The tenant has already accepted the premises and started processing & shipping goods from the new warehouse.

The deal once again proves a trend towards increased demand of e-commerce companies for modern high-quality warehouses. According to forecasts from the experts and market players, the Russian e-commerce market will continue to grow at an aggressive pace over the coming years and its share of the total volume of retail sales will be 10-15% by 2024.
Aside from Marschroute, South Gate Industrial park currently hosts other leading 3PL operators and logistics companies such as CDEK, Tablogix & Santens. The largest international online retailers such as Alibaba Group, Next, Leroy Merlin and Decathlon have their fulfillment centers company on the property of South Gate Industrial park.
