Radius Group is distinguished for South Gate Industrial Park’s management.

The Ministry of Investments, Industry and Science of Moscow Region awarded our property management department the highest ranking when assessing the effectiveness of Moscow Regional multifunctional industrial parks and industrial technology parks’ property management companies.

The assessment of the work for 2020 was carried out according to several parameters, including occupancy of the industrial park, volume of attracted investments, and attraction of new tax residents.

We are glad to receive this ranking from Ministry of Investments and congratulate our colleagues from the property management department for their well-deserved recognition.
