Radius Group Takes Top Spots In The Euromoney 2013 Real Estate Survey

Radius leaps ahead of Raven Russia and PNK Logistics

Moscow, Russia – 25 September 2013 – Radius Group, Russia’s most responsible warehouse and manufacturing real estate development company, has been voted 'Best Industrial/Warehouse Developer in Russia' and 'Best Industrial/Warehouse Developer in Central and Eastern Europe' in the Euromoney 2013 Real Estate Survey. The results of the survey appeared in the September issue of Euromoney magazine and Radius will receive an award in the near future.

Euromoney Magazine’s ninth annual Real Estate Survey canvassed the opinions of real estate developers, advisors, investment managers, corporate end-users and banks worldwide. Companies were ranked based on their contribution to promoting greater transparency and the comparability of their practices with those from around the region.

Radius Group earned the top spots in recognition of its South Gate Industrial Park, a Class A, Western-owned and managed master-planned environment designed for world-class companies in compliance with the highest standards for responsible international business practices.

Radius Group jumped to first in this year’s rankings for 'Best Industrial/Warehouse Developer in Russia' and 'Best Industrial/Warehouse Developer in Central and Eastern Europe' from fourth and sixth place, respectively, which it held the previous year -- besting rivals Raven Russia and PNK Logistics.

“Our goal for South Gate is to set the platinum benchmark for the commercial warehousing industry in Russia by applying the highest international standards for responsible business practices to every aspect of our organization” said Radius Group Managing Director, Christopher Van Riet.  “We’re especially proud to be recognized by our peers for our achievements.
