South Gate Industrial Park will host a large water filters manufacturer
Radius Group, the leading warehouse and industrial real estate developer and Aquatoriya LLC, the water treatment equipment manufacturer (Geizer® is the registered trademark of Aquatoriya LLC) announce the signing of a 5,000 sq.m. Lease Agreement at South Gate Industrial Park.
The long-term lease agreement has been agreed for 5 years.
Due to significant business expansion in the Moscow Region and necessity to increase Aquatoriya’ s logistic operations efficiency, Aquatoriya LLC took the decision to lease the space at a A Class state of the art South Gate Industrial Park.
Whilst choosing warehouse facilities,the water filters manufacturer, Aquatoriya paid particular attention to facility quality, infrastructure development level, engineering characteristics, as well as prospects for future business development within the framework of logistics hub for DIY suppliers (homewares and repair).
Radius Group has developed the logistics hub concept based at South Gate Industrial Park, involving to the project suppliers of the French retailer, Leroy Merlin. The consolidation of the Client’s warehouse facilities and suppliers in one platform helps the retailer and their partners to essentially optimize expenses for logistics and resources management.
Aquatoriya LLC is the largest Russian water filters manufacturer. The company has a research department and a structural firm. It takes the leading position in the water treatment industry: from simple water filters to industrial water treatment systems.
