2017 Winner - Warehouse Complex

We are delighted to announce that Radius Group recieved Complex of the Year Award at CRE Awards 2017 for Leroy Merlin's National Distribution Center located at South Gate Industrial Park.The center is the biggest logistics building in Europe was implemented by Radius Group in a “built-to-suit” format. The 100 000 sq. m logistics hub was designed and built in compliance with the world’s highest quality and sustainability standards. The building consists of storage and cross-docking zones, as well as operational office and e-commerce fulfilment centre.
