2018 Winner - Deal of the year

Radius Group, the leading Warehouse Real Estate Developer, won the award at the annual CRE Awards for Industrial Real Estate Lease Deal of the Year. The jury awarded the Radius Group the award for the 21, 000 sq.m. lease deal with Cainiao (Alibaba Group) for their first federal e-commerce fulfillment center that is located at South Gate Industrial Park.
